Become a Sponsor

The George Washington University Business Plan competition brings together students, alumni and faculty from GW to present great ideas for a new product or service to a panel of distinguished entrepreneur judges affiliated with the university

PREMIER SPONSOR ($10,000):

RECOGNITION

  • Exclusive industry sponsorship at this level
  • Opportunity to sponsor one (1) of the following:
    • Naming opportunity of the $10,000 undergraduate award
    • Presentation of the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place awards
    • Recognition as sponsor of the George Washington University Entrepreneurial Achievement Awards Luncheon on April 13
  • Recognition at the various Business Plan workshops and teambuilding events which are open to all team members
  • Logo recognition on the Business Plan website with link to company website
  • Company logo printed on all promotional material
  • Company banner displayed at the Awards Ceremony
  • Full page color ad in conference program

PARTICIPATION

  • Host and naming opportunity of an industry exclusive workshop
  • Serve as a “Judge” during the final round on April 13
  • Senior level executive option to serve as a “Mentor” to two (2) of the
    qualifying teams
  • Invitation to attend the VIP Welcome Dinner on April 12

IN-KIND SERVICES

  • Option to also provide in-kind goods or services to the winning team(s)

EXECUTIVE SPONSOR ($5,000):

RECOGNITION

  • Logo recognition on the Business Plan website with link to company website
  • Recognition at the Business Plan executive summary workshops and teambuilding events which are open to all team members
  • Company logo printed on all promotional material
  • 1/2 page color ad in conference program

PARTICIPATION

  • Host a “How To” workshop on a topic in which the sponsor specializes
    • Such as: Securing Your IP, Honing Your Pitch, or Preparing Financial Projections
  • Senior level executive option to serve as a “Mentor” to one (1) of the
    qualifying teams
  • Invitation to attend the VIP Welcome Dinner on April 12

IN-KIND SERVICES

  • Option to also provide in-kind goods or services to the winning team(s)

BUSINESS SPONSOR ($2,500):

RECOGNITION

  • Logo recognition on the Business Plan website with link to company website
  • Sponsor logo printed on all promotional material
